  • Submit your order, relax, and enjoy Free Shipping, we'll take care of everything else!
Free Shipping only applies to multi-piece and one-piece shower stalls. Shower Shoppe, LLC assumes the responsibility of paying for the initial shipment. Items that need to be returned post delivery confirmation are the responsibility of the consumer.* U.S. addresses in the lower 48 states are eligible, addresses in Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. If your order contains both eligible and in eligible items, shipping fees still apply for the ineligible items. Shower Shoppe, LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue the Free Shipping Promotion at any time. All the following restrictions still apply, unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping rates and times vary by product. Below is a general guideline for estimating shipping costs. However, these rates are subject to change. Any shipping rates will be confirmed during the check out process. The shipping charge is typically determined by the manufacturer of the product. Shower Shoppe, LLC does not stock any items. All products are shipped direct from the manufacturer to the customer. These shipping rates apply unless otherwise noted, for example: free shipping or additional fees apply.

Return Policy Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days* of the original purchase date. Refund will be issued once the return is received in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges that are billed for an exchanged item. 

Please email to request a Return Authorization Form. Any returned items sent without a Return Authorization will be considered the responsibility of the customer. If the shipment is not received, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit until the item is received in good condition.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order (Free Shipping excluded). 

Damaged Items Returned Due to Shipper

All larger items should be inspected before shipment is accepted, especially those items shipped by third party carrier. If damage is present, you should refuse the shipment at the time of delivery, then contact our customer support for the next steps in replacing the damaged item. In the event of concealed damage within a package, the customer must immediately report the damage with photographic evidence for claim documentation. Damaged Occurred Post Delivery

Acceptance of delivery is confirmation that the product was received in good condition. Any damage that occurs during the removal of the packaging or installation by a third party is not the responsibility of Shower Shoppe, LLC and the customer assumes all liability for parts. If the product is damaged through neglect or accident, it cannot be returned. Basically, if you break it, you own it. Manufacturer defects that are covered under the manufacturer warranty are effective. Shower Shoppe, LLC does not maintain or manage the warranties; however, the manufacturer should be contacted directly for any warranty claims/issues.

Final Sale Items

Any item or product that has been modified is not eligible for a return or refund. These products are considered final sale due to modification or customization. All clearance / discontinued items are final sales. No returns, refunds or credits will be granted.

Expected Shipment Times

Any larger items, such as shower units, walk in bathtubs, etc. have a minimum production time of 10-14 business days, plus shipment time from the warehouse to the final destination. Changes in this timeframe will be specified, if different. Smaller items will ship within specified published shipping schedule. Out-of-stock and/or backordered items are the exception to the normal shipping estimates, notification will be given when an item is not available unexpectedly. You will receive an email notification with approximate shipping timeframe, any discrepancies will be noted.

Acceptance of Items

Delivery of products with a confirmed delivery receipt from the shipping carrier is considered delivered. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address or misplaced. To avoid any shipping issues, check your mailing address at the time of the order.
